Apart from the world famous châteaux of the left bank, the Medoc, here just across the river the jewels of Côtes de Blaye and Côtes de Bourg are still a best-kept secret of Bordeaux, much to the pleasure of our palates and advantage of our pockets.

Join us on our Tour de Côtes de Blaye and Côtes de Bourg to discover some affordable Merlot dominated specials. What makes this tour so unique is that you actually meet the wine makers and château owners themselves which gives you opportunity to really get a close-up of real wine making.

Tour description : We typically visit one château in the morning, followed by lunch either at the château or at one of the rustic local restaurant in the heart of the wine lands. After lunch there is a second visit and tasting. This tour is available on most weekdays and can also be booked as a half-day tour with or without lunch.

Tour Rate : 89€ p.p.
This rate for an all-day tour includes château admissions, tastings, a set-menu lunch and - as do all our tours – an English speaking wine buff and air-conditioned chauffeuring in a minibus of maximum 8 persons. The half day tour is 48€ p.p. (lunch is not included)
