Breakfast: We serve a continental breakfast daily at 8€ p.p. (5€ for children).

Self-catering: Villa St Simon B&B has a fully equipped kitchen that provides for those who want to make their own breakfast or prepare light meals. We have a hot water kettle for a nice cup of tea and a fridge to store your market purchases. All our self-catering apartments have fully equipped kitchens.

Restaurants: Villa St Simon B&B is in the center of Blaye and in walking distance of 8 recommendable restaurants. Between 12 and 2pm they all offer a very reasonable 3-course lunch menu. In the evenings restaurants open again at 7.30pm and serve warm meals until 10pm.

Leisure: In the public gardens opposite the Villa you may have a picnic with a bottle of wine or enjoy a game of petanque. The Citadelle, World Heritage Site since 2008, and only 5 minute walk from the Villa provides spectacular views, interesting shops, galleries and lovely restaurants. Blaye Tourism
We have a substantial library of books, games, and DVDs available. All rooms have central heating, TV, and DVD players.

Wine cellar: We use our wine cellar for tastings in the evenings. Other than that, this characteristic and cool space has a pool table, table tennis and can be used to enjoy a bottle of wine with other guests.

Entertainment: Your hosts are passionate about wine, well connected with the local wine producers and, given the opportunity, they will lure you down to the wine cellar and off to visit a château to explore, learn, taste and celebrate the essence of Bordeaux. Aside of wine tastings and château visits, we also arrange boat trips, golf, tennis, horse riding, fishing, hiking, cycling (on a dedicated 32 km cycling path 3 minutes from the villa) and, if needed, baby sitters and assistance with shipping your purchases home.

Room service: Our B&B rooms are serviced daily, the self-catering apartments weekly and on demand. The Villa also provides a laundry service.

Pets: Pets are welcome at Villa St Simon!
