To you all, we say thank you, much, much more we received than expected (haven’t had the bill yet, ha, ha !!). Our stay in Blaye was truly a home away from home (as you said). So thank you does not seem enough for the hospitality, the kindness, and the knowledge of the area and of course the wine was exceptional. It’s always the little things that count and to Clarissa, Les and Jules of St Simon, you gave us those in spades!!! Cheers and look out…. , we will return.
